Chris Stephen brings over a decade of practical legal experience to bear on your issues and prides himself on his accessibility, communication, knowledge, and ability to simplify the complex.  An experienced litigator, he has practiced before the Indiana Supreme Court, the Indiana Court of Appeals, the United States District Court, and almost every county court in the State of Indiana.  He has represented clients of every shape and size, from multi-national Fortune 500 companies to individuals, in actions ranging from small claims through complex commercial, tort, and personal injury litigation, jury trials, and appeals. Chris is also well-versed in family law matters including divorce, guardianship, and paternity.  He has also helped clients navigate through the waters of business planning, entity formation, strategic growth and contract negotiations and drafting.

Mr. Stephen also enjoys speaking to and educating groups and organizations regarding various areas of the law.

​

When not practicing, he can be found spending time with his wife, Valerie, coaching football, and playing with his two sons.
